To shop, simply select the quantity of crabs you want, and click “Add to Cart”. Once you are done shopping, hover your mouse over the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of our website, and click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Please ensure that your billing information keyed in is correct to avoid extra delivery charges due to wrong address entered. Do double check on the weight/ products that are selected as no changes or refund or cancellation will be allowed upon check out.

Remember to choose the delivery date and time slots.

Select your payment mode and click “Place Order” to proceed with payment.

Sit back, wait for the freshest and best quality live mud crabs to be delivered to you.

We do not accept cash payments unless is a walk-in purchase.

We reserve all rights to decline any orders without payment updates. Please note that by adding item(s) into your shopping cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

  • Free Delivery

You will be entitled for a free delivery to one location with a purchase of more than $88.00 in a single receipt. For orders below $88.00, there will be a $15.00 delivery fee.

  • Delivery Timings

Weekdays (Monday to Thursday) 12 noon to 3pm / 3pm to 6pm

Weekends (Friday to Sundays and Public Holidays) Anytime between 12noon to 4pm

Order before 5pm for next day delivery.

Our orders for public holidays and weekends are usually overwhelming, thus, we are unable to assure you a fixed timing. However, we encourage you to call and check with us before placing orders to avoid any delays or disputes.

  • Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is valid, and contains the following details:

Company / shop name (for businesses / shop houses)
Block and Unit number (for HDB flats / condominiums / apartments)
House number (for private estates)
6-digit Postal Code
Do provide an accurate address to assure prompt delivery.

If your address details are incorrect (wrong unit / block no. / postal code), please notify us immediately by calling us.

Be sure to provide a reachable mobile number as well just in case we need to call or SMS you regarding your delivery.

  • Failed Delivery

Always arrange someone to be around to receive the fresh products. We are unable to wait longer than 10 minutes at each delivery location. As products are fresh, we are unable to leave them at your doorstep. As such, if the delivery is not received, it will be returned to the warehouse and considered a failed delivery.

An extra $30.00 re-delivery fee will be levied for every failed delivery.

Yes, we welcome all walk-in customers.

You can reserve the quantity needed via phone, we will pack for you before your arrival.

There is no minimum order for walk-in transactions, but, only CASH payment accepted at the moment.

Goods sold are not refundable or returnable.

However, case by case basis, if any unforeseen circumstances, you can call or email to us immediately.
