To ensure a satisfying and pleasant “crabbie” shopping experience, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as follow:
GENERAL
Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. is run by Ms Serene Sng and operating in Singapore only.
We are open daily, from 8am to 5pm, inclusive weekends and public holidays.
For sales enquiries, kindly email us at sales@kirinseafoodsupply.com with your order number.
All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days during office hours.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
Kindly insure you have selected the correct item in the correct weight/quantity before checking out. Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong weight/quantity are selected, or if duplicate orders are made.
Kindly check the address you filled is correct. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed or no-show deliveries.
Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Customers who have at least one successful purchase from us will automatically be added to our mailing list to receive promotions or contests updates.
EXCHANGES
All products sold are not exchangeable and not refundable.
Credit discount codes can only be used once per address for delivery orders only, and are not applicable for return and exchange or with any further discount redemptions or walk-in purchases.
QUALITY OF ITEMS
Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. will take utmost reasonable care to ensure that descriptions, sizes, details, and prices of products are accurate at the time when such information was input into the online system.
Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the products without notice. Prices are seasonal for live stocks and subject to changes according to supply and demand, off peak and peak seasons.
Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to provide the best available size of the product corresponding to the price quoted. Do note that some products are sold in weight ranges; Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to provide the product in any size within that range.
If items delivered are found not fresh or stale or incorrect, contact us immediately within 2 hours of the deliver. We will proceed with the necessary rectification steps, such as re-delivery or provision of store credit. Contact us at 98774348. Please do not send the items back on your own accord. Contact us before you dispose of the items, as our delivery team might pick up the item for further investigations. At Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd., we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service rendered. Your kindest and fullest cooperation is much appreciated!
ORDER CANCELLATION
If Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. cancels your order, we will notify you via email and refund you any sum paid by you to our company in respect of such an order as soon as possible. We will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that arises from cancellation of orders. We are not obliged to compensate for any disappointment or inconvenience caused from cancellation of orders.
Should you decide to cancel your order, you may do so up to the point when Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. has commenced processing your order, at no cost incurred. On the other hand, once we have begun processing orders, cancellations will not be possible. All requests to cancel or vary orders after purchase has been made on the Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd. website are subject to mutual agreement and the discretion of Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd.

All prices of sale items are deemed final by Kirin Seafood Supply Pte. Ltd.
Sale items are strictly not exchangeable / refundable.

All contests and promotions organized are open to Singapore customers only, unless stated otherwise.
